Strengthen, Pursue and Plunder
As I was in deep prayer for the United States of America yesterday, the overwhelming peace of the Lord crashed into the room and began to envelop me. As God’s peace settled on me, immediately, by the power of the Holy Spirit, I knew that a shift had happened in the spiritual realm. I prophesy this in Jesus' name, by the power of the Spirit,
“The enemy’s plans for this virus to disrupt and derail the plans of God for the country of the United States of America have been thwarted and destroyed; see they have even been ground to dust Because of the prayers of the Saints, God’s answers/solutions to the Covid-19 situation and the economic issues that we are currently facing have already been released. Look up!! Things are about to turn rapidly. See the deliverance of the hand of the Lord your God!”
In that same time of prayer, the Lord then took me into a vision. I saw with the eyes of my spirit a picture likened to Tomb Raider and Indiana Jones. I saw a girl dressed in “adventurer” garb and she was fit and strong. I watched her jumping from rock to rock, up and over things, covertly moving and finding ways through tight spots. I watched as this adventurer started raiding the camp of the enemy for prized treasures and possessions. She was laughing at the enemy as she strategically found and raided the secret hiding spots of his strongholds. As I watched this play out, I heard the Lord say so clearly,
“It’s time for the adventurers!! Are you ready to plunder the camp of the enemy?”
As soon as the Holy Spirit said those words, I could actually taste the joy of taking back what the enemy had stolen.
I was reminded of the story of David and His men at Ziklag (1 Samuel 30). These great warriors came home from battle to a camp that had been raided; their wives and children abducted, their cattle and possessions taken and the camp completely destroyed by fire. David and his men were in great distress and their grief was off the charts. Many of the men even wanted to stone David, because of what had happened. But David does something that surprises the enemy. David doesn’t just lay down and die, although that would have been an option. Instead, David strengthened himself in the Lord. David began to recall the majesty and greatness of who God was for him in that moment. Body of Christ, we too have this same opportunity; We get to choose at this moment to either lay down and give in to the fear and grief trying to grip our nation, or we can stand up and strengthen ourselves in the Lord. We must stand up!! Stand up Church!! I call you up now, in Jesus' name. Our act of standing actually shifts our perspective. It puts the enemy in his rightful place, under our feet!!!!!
In that same story, after strengthening himself in the Lord, David immediately inquires of whether or not to pursue the enemy. The Lord answers David in 1 Samuel 30:8
“Pursue, for you will surely overtake them, and you will surely rescue all.”
I hear the Lord saying a very similar thing over his sons and daughters in this hour.
“Pursue the enemy and Plunder his camp, for you will surely overtake him!”
In the midst of the turmoil of this crisis, there is an invitation from the Lord to pursue the enemy and plunder his camp. The result of David pursuing the enemy was that not only did he overtake the enemy and recover all that was taken, but the spoils and plunder that he recovered from the enemy was more than he could have ever imagined. This is a prophetic picture of what is about to happen for those who will believe the greatness of God at this moment.
Who will stand and see the place of opposition as an opportunity? Who will pursue and overtake the enemy, taking back what has been stolen?? This isn’t just about this moment in time, this is about the future generations of the people of God and the inheritance that the enemy has tried to rob from them through these disruptions and delays. This is about a move of God in the earth that will not be stopped and a Bride that will emerge into a new glory and pure faith.
The enemy is terrified at the sound of God’s people rising in power. It’s time body of Christ. Stand up, know that the Lord is God! Be strong and courageous, step out in obedience, for it is not by our might or our by our strength, but it by the Spirit of the Lord, that we advance!!--PURSUE THE ENEMY, OVERTAKE HIM AND PLUNDER HIS CAMP, FOR YOU WILL RECOVER ALL and come into abundantly more than you could have imagined!
